Why Use PVC Deodorant？
In the production process of various resin products, due to different requirements for product characteristics, we will add a small number of plastic additives to meet the application of our products in different environments.
Due to the use of a variety of additives in raw materials, such as plasticizers, stabilizers, catalysts, flame retardants, fillers, and residues of oligomers, etc. In the process of heating raw materials, the decomposition reaction produces volatile small molecular compounds. If inhaled for a long time, these odors will stimulate the senses, make people uncomfortable and even harm their health.
PVC Deodorant can quickly penetrate the surface of raw materials, absorb and neutralize the odor of monomers in raw materials, and react and decompose to eliminate the odor.
Use Case Description
In the production of plastic product blowing or injection molding, the product can be produced by adding raw materials according to the recommended proportion and stirring evenly. If the raw materials need to be dried, please add them in the first 5 minutes after drying. The deodorant should not be baked together with the raw materials for a long time.

Provide REACH, ROSH, SGS test reports.
CSD-609: PHR- 0.1-0.3 / Add 8 grams to a 25kgs bag of resin powder. If the bad smell is still there, you can increase it to 10 grams. If the smell is removed, you can reduce it to 5 grams and test again.
